AISET and FANDO
In 2022, we launched AISET, an innovative digital platform that facilitates real estate asset monitoring.
As a powerful building management and data analysis tool, AISET brings together experts who enrich and update data through their consulting missions, as well as building managers seeking a comprehensive overview of their assets.
AISET structures building data in three keys area:
- Energy data (consumption, alarms, metering plans)
- Technical data (list of technical equipment)
- Regulatory data (legal inspections, certification, CSRD, European Taxonomy, etc.)
To enable automatic collection of building energy data, FANDO act as the solution integrator, handling the installation of meters and automation systems.
Energy Transition Fund
Financing ambitious, sustainable projects
In 2024, we set up our first investment fund dedicated to the energy transition. In 2024, we established our first investment fund dedicated to the energy transition. This fund enables the financing of ambitious sustainable projects with a commitment to actual performance results of installations, through the implementation of Energy Performance Contracts (EPC).
These EPCs bring together various stakeholders related to buildings: property owners, tenants, energy consulting and monitoring firms, and technical operators.

At ALTEO Group, we bring together both employees and passionate independent professionals We offer them the opportunity to participate in ALTEO Group’s shareholding, making them shareholders who are more actively involved in the group’s strategy and positioning.
In 2024, we carried out our first capital increase, bringing together 17 new employee shareholders, with the entire amount injected into the creation of ForABetter Capital.

Our commitment to society
ALTEO Group is committed to the training of its employees and support of students. We are dedicated to sharing our expertise with students, whether by assisting them in writing their theses or by participating in courses (universities, higher education institutions, etc.).
Through our hands-on commitment and close collaboration with our clients, we are able to bring concrete issues to the political decision-making level, influencing their direction, evaluating current policies (particularly those related to energy, the environment, and circularity), and actively contributing to their implementation.
