AISET and FANDO

We launched the startup AISET in 2022, an innovative digital platform facilitating the monitoring of real estate.

A true management and data analysis tool for buildings,AISETbrings together bothexperts who enrich and update this data, through their consulting missions, andbuilding managerseager to have acomprehensive viewof their assets.

AISET structures building data into 3 sections:

  • Energy data (consumptions, alarms, metering plans)
  • Technical data (list of technical equipment)
  • Regulatory data (legal checks, certification, CSRD, European taxonomy, …)

To enable automatic collection of energy data from buildings,FANDO positions itself as the integrator of the solutionthrough the installation of meters and automata.

Energy transition fund

Financing ambitious and sustainable projects

We established in 2024 the firstinvestment fund dedicated to energy transition. This fund allows for the financing of ambitious sustainable projects with a commitment to results based on the actual performance of installations, through the establishment ofEnergy Performance Contracts(EPC).

These CPEs bring together different stakeholders related to buildings: owners, tenants, energy consultancy and monitoring firms, and technical operators.

Employee shareholding

At ALTEO Group, we bring together bothemployees and freelancerswho are passionate. We offer them the opportunity to participate in the shareholding of ALTEO Group, thus becoming shareholders more involved in the strategy and positioning of the group.

We completed an initial capital increase in 2024, bringing together17 new employee shareholders, fully injected into the creation of ForABetter Capital.

Our commitment to society

ALTEO Group is committedto training its employees and supporting students. We are committed to passing on our expertise to students, whether by assisting them in writing their final dissertations or by intervening in courses (universities, higher education schools, etc.).

Thanks toour commitment on the ground and our close collaboration with our clients, we are able to bring concrete issues to the level ofpolitical decisions, influencing their direction, evaluating existing policies (particularly those related to energy, the environment, and circularity) and actively contributing to their implementation.
